Rocky is a movie all about the titular character named Rocky Balboa, who is an up-and-coming Italian-American boxer who tries to be an honest, kind man. Unfortunatly, he landed a job as debt-collector for a loan shark. But, everything changes when Rocky finally gets a chance to show his boxing skills to the world when the heavyweight championships roll around.

The movie was an absolute hit with everyone, as it was nominated for 10 academy awards, and won 3 of them(Best Picture, Best Directing, Best Film Editing). The movie also grossed about 225 million dollars, while it only had a budget of about 1 million dollars. To help save on the budget, the main writter of the movie, Syvester Stallone, wrote the movie while also playing Rocky Balboa in the movie.
