Like many other presidents, Ronald Reagan spent four years in office and became reelected. His time in office was from January 20, 1981 � January 20, 1989. Ronald Reagan is also well known for his time in presidency during the cold war. Ronald Reagan�s administration ended the cold war. Another one of Ronald Reagans Achievements was publically addressing the Soviet Union as a "Evil Empire". This was not common for high ranking American Government officials to be so blunt in public on issues such as the Cold War and Soviet Union.
